As a not-for-profit organisation, St Kilda Life Saving Club’s committee has a wide range of lifesaving experiences, training and skill sets that is brought back to make our club better every season. Every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday over summer (from November through until the end of April), St. Kilda foreshore beach is patrolled by highly trained and skilled surf lifesavers, volunteering their time, providing vital first aid treatment and educating beach goers on water safety to ensure the safety of everyone.
During the peak of the summer season, professional lifeguards provide an extension of this service to the public between Monday and Saturday morning.
